Please note: Technical support for OS issues lies with the provider of the OS, if you purchased your Genuine Microsoft Windows from ourselves, then that means us, this also means you may skip these next steps  and start using your PC straight away! Simply power on your system and it will be ready to go!
If you are installing your own copy of Microsoft Windows 7, 8 or 10 please power your system on and insert your Microsoft Windows Installation DVD, then follow the steps outlined below, for any other OS (Linux etc.) please contact your OS provider.

Please note your system is not compatible with Windows XP or Vista.

  1. Reboot the system with the windows installation DVD in the optical drive, you may be prompted with the following message: “Press any key to boot from CD or DVD” if so please press a key, you only have a few seconds to do so but if you are too late simply press the reset button and try again.
  2. The windows logo will appear and a few minutes later you will be asked to select your user options (Location, language etc) please do so.
  3. Select Custom/Advanced Install, not upgrade.
  4. Select a Drive to install to, (If you have both an SSD Drive and a normal Hard Drive, be sure to select the SSD drive for maximum performance) click on the relevant drive and click next, windows install will now start.

¨ After a few reboots and a few more user related entries you will be on the windows desktop.
