The RMA process usually takes up to 5 working days from the date we confirm receipt of your item, this allows us sufficient time to correctly diagnose any fault and effect any necessary repairs.

Terms of RMA Collection:
All items should be adequately packaged for delivery. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused in transit due to insufficient/incorrect packaging.
Ideally this would be the original shipping box INCLUDING the foam inserts, if not a strong cardboard box with multiple layers of bubble-wrap inside will suffice, please make sure the item has no room to move inside the box by filling any open spaces with bubble-wrap.
Only ONE attempt will be made for collection, if a collection is missed through no fault of the courier then a charge of £20 will be made to cover the cost of any subsequent attempts at collection.
If the item is ultimately returned to us and the fault is located as user error a minimum fee of £50 will be charged to cover labour as well as an additional fee for any shipping costs incurred.
We use DPD for all collections, the driver will bring a pre-completed label with him when he collects as such you are not required to print anything, simply hand over the parcel and he will label it for delivery back to us.
