The Returning items should be adequately packaged for delivery in a corrugated cardboard box and properly bubble wrapped, we are not liable for any damage during transport where the item has not been packed as outlined.

All accessories MUST be returned with the returning item.

IF the item is ultimately returned to us and the fault is located as user error a fee of up to £30 may be charged to cover the courier cost of the swap out.
