For remote support we use Teamviewer, the worlds most trusted name in remote support, this page will guide you trough installation and preparation for your remote support session.  


Firstly download Teamviewer from the following link:

Do not download it directly from the Teamviewer site, as the default version available on teamviewers site is version 11 which is incompatible with the version we use (Version 9)

Once Download simply run the file to begin the installation.


Next select Basic Installation, Personal Non-Commercial use and click on Accept – finish


The installation will proceed and Teamviewer will be installed once complete you will be greeted by the Main Interface


To be able to connect to your system our customer service representatives will require Your ID and Password please  provide them when asked.

After your remote support session is complete you may uninstall teamviewer if you wish.
